Something that is very important to me is eating healthy and bringing up my baby to delight in fresh, homecooked meals. I try to limit our use of processed foods and preservatives. Trying to do this on a tight budget and an even tighter schedule can be challenging. I'll eat just about anything. But introducing Big T and Baby T to new foods that they will actually eat is a challenge sometimes, too. But I love to cook, so I've included some recipes that I have found successful. And by "successful," I mean that they are pretty quick and easy to make, healthy, creative, and satisfy my family.

Week 2: April 14-20
Week 3: April 21-27
Week 4: April 28-May 4
