My Philosophy: I am passionate about the miracle of birth and want to share that passion with you. Tmuffin's childbirth education classes in Wilmington are dynamic and interactive. Instead of sitting through presentations and lectures, you will be part of an entertaining series that empowers women and their partners to understand that they are experts of their bodies, their births, and their babies. These childbirth education classes offer fact-based information about safe and healthy birth so families can make informed decisions about their health care and the birth of their baby.
The 2-class series covers pregnancy and nutrition, the process of birth, comfort measures and managing pain in labor, dealing with interventions, postpartum care, and breastfeeding. You won’t just sit there; you’ll be involved in the learning process so you can be involved in your birth.
