I am grateful to say that I am one of the lucky ones. My mother is a breast cancer survivor. Being able to say that word--survivor--makes me feel fortunate. Not everyone is so lucky, and my heart goes out to those who are not.
This is my pink; the pink felted cupcakes pictured above are not only a tactile learning and sensory experience for little ones, but 20% of each sale will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, which is dedicated to education and research about causes, treatment, and possible cures for breast cancer.
Give a young child the ability to use his or her imagination while helping to impart the confidence that one day breast cancer will be one thing that child will not have to experience, whether directly or indirectly.
Find my cupcakes on my Etsy shop, or contact me directly to request a custom order.
